They showed us what they found when the tiles came off, gave us choices, with no pressure or expectation, but advice provided if sought. We were shown videos of what they had found, so that there was never a question about whether it was our roof and we explored the roof at night and had surety they didnt damage it to try and gain additional work. They were a thoroughly polite, considerate team who asked rather than assumed and were largely independent, meaning whilst we worked they didnt disturb."
