## In customers' own words
_Verbatim quotes from this trader's public reviews, each attributed to its source:_
> "We recently experienced issues with flash/arcing, when switching electrical appliances on & off, causing safety concerns. Aware that there was an electrical contractor, locally, I contacted Logik, to seek their assistance in locating the problem at source. Kuran (?) answered my phone call & helpfully arrived soon afterwards; after relaying my concern to him, he carried out a thorough examination of all plug sockets, to help locate the problem. He assured me that there was little of concern & that the issue was a minor one; suggesting loose connections as the core problem, A job well done."

> "Without doubt the best contractor for the job. Really good communication before hand and great work on the day. Karun was courteous and friendly and nothing was too much bother. He even spotted another potential problem on the fuse board and rectified there and then. I’m really pleased to finally find a contractor from a very reputable company. Would definitely recommend to others and use their services again. Thank you again."

## Before you hire an electrician
_What to check when choosing this kind of trade (general guidance, not a claim about this business):_
- In England and Wales, notifiable electrical work (new circuits, a consumer unit, anything in a bathroom or kitchen) must by law be signed off under Part P of the Building Regulations. Confirm they will handle that.
- Prefer an electrician registered with a government-approved competent-person scheme (NICEIC, NAPIT or ELECSA) so they can self-certify the work meets the wiring regulations.
- Insist on the Electrical Installation Certificate (or Minor Works Certificate) when the job is done. It is your proof the work is safe and compliant, and you will need it if you ever sell.
- Look for consistent reviews across several named sources, not one polished profile.
- Check any credential evidence, and that the business details independently check out.
