Chris also identified an earth fault on the local leg of the supply network, which he resolved efficiently and effectively in conjunction with the Network Operator. Most wiring needed to be replaced and despite challenges Chris held to his firm quote. Chris did an outstanding job on the full electrical rewire, following my recent purchase of this 1930s house. On a technical job like this, I was careful on all quotes, to check qualifications (in particular CGLI 2391 Electrical Testing and 18th Edition IEE regs) and Chris patiently produced all (plus a bonus MIET - search that yourself).
