> "Zamir from L&Z paid specific attention to detail and followed all our instructions, to include building regulation requirements from the outset of the project through to completion. Works carried out involved internal and external works to include; demolition and excavation to supporting internal walls to our lounge, Dining Room and Kitchen, fitting of 3 RSJ ceiling supports & footings, skimming & re-plastering of walls & ceilings, with screeding applied to the floor area of all rooms in preparation for tiling and carpet laying. The existing Boiler was housed in an external brick built adjoining room to the main house and was redesigned by demolishing a wall, and incorporated within the Main Kitchen area. All these works were carried out in a tidy and timely manner and we were extremely happy with the end result, We have no hesitation in recommending Zamir and will certainly use his services again in the future."
