> "They still get 5* for punctuality even after being late due to a puncture because they called in another van to ensure they could complete the work in the allotted time. They had to go into my neighbours' yard to access my outer wall & he was impressed by well they put everything back & tidied up. They asked to clear a shelf in a kitchen cupboard so they fit the vent brick & assured me that was all I needed to do - they then washed the things on the bottom shelf because they got a bit dusty. I would recommended these guys to everyone. They are quick, tidy, polite and value for money."
