> "MACE8 LTD took on a large project that we undertook to convert a very large commercial building into 2 large 4 bedroomed dwellings, a 3 bedroomed flat, a 2 bedroom apartment together with an hairdressers. Martin and his team had come highly recommended to us. The company was keen to take on, what for me, was a great challenge. The team was very punctual, polite and very tidy with their work. They were very professional and courteous at all times whilst they were working on site showing and displaying great courtesy and understanding to the neighbours of the adjoining property. We experienced a number of issues during the project but nothing was too much trouble for Martin, he always found and came up with the solutions to make the work less stressful for me. I was happy and grateful to have Martin on board and was so reassured that he was always there, if not, he was always on the end of a phone to answer any questions or resolve any issues I had. MACE8 now maintain all my properties."
