He came to look at the kitchen and measure up first, bought the floor tiles with his discount for us ( we bought the wall tiles ) . He took the time to consider the design, particularly the modular floor tiles to make sure everything lined up , this was particularly difficult in our old cottage which has no straight lines ! He listened to our questions and gave advice and he also answered messages in a timely manner which I find particularly important. All in all a great service at a reasonable price."
