He was a pleasant man who exuded experience & knowledge. He worked efficiently, left no mess, left me a contact number in case I need any help. It costs £58 (?) to have this so I was doubtful of the value. After about 15 minutes of him entering my house I was thanking the gods that I'd paid for him! Several times he had to resolve issues (he has never worked on a Xerox before) using his experience. Highly recommended."
