He came to check our property yesterday and straight away noticed that the issue was our outside wall which had to be repointed. He tested the inside walls too with an electric damp meter. He gave us a very reasonable quote for repointing the wall and even advised us on how to damp proof our property in the future. ( Always get gutters checked once a year, leave windows open during the day to air the house etc. ) I would definitely recommend David."
