He took care of ordering to parts and arranging delivery to our property, communicating well with each step and then came and worked throughout the day in the cold damp conditions working into the dark hours using a headlamp. He successfully completed the work and came back a couple of days later to finish putting some bolts in to the gate. Terrific."
