> "Refurbishment a d conversion work to a block of flats. Sound proofing work, kitchen installation, steel work for a new balcony/landing. Glass balustrades, Complete decoration throughout 7 flats and communal areas. Electrical and fire alarm installations. Scaffolding and Roofing repairs. Carpentry and plastering wotks. It's a conversion into 7 apartments from a large Victorian building on the St Leonards sea front. Mark has good attention to detail, is very professional in how he conducts himself and is totally reliable. He is always looking to see how things can be done better or more economically of both time and cost."
