Since 2015 onwards, the heaters all became cold at the bottom and barely heated up at the top half. The house was always cold no matter how high we turned the heating, which in turn caused our winter gas bills to shoot up for the past 4 winters. Mark understood the problem as soon as I called him, and he dealt with it like a true Pro. He explained there is sludge in the bottom of all the heaters, which would need to be cleaned out with Magna Flush + chemicals. He also said there is too little pressure and so he would install an additional pump. From initial phone call to performing the work took just over 2 weeks. Mark was extremely pleasant to deal with, always on time. He also serviced the boiler and gave us a certificate which is a requirement for annual house insurance with heating failure cover.
