We would (and will) use him again! Very satisfied customers!"

> "Mark quoted for a new cold feed. He said he charged £40 ph. I asked how long the job would take he said no more than 2 hrs. When he came to do the job he was here no more than 25 mins including time going in and out of the van and chatting. I was then shocked when asked for £80 and I queried it. He said he charged a minimum of an hr and a half to cover travel plus the rest on materials (about 30cm of pipe and a shut off, probably not £20 worth). None of this had been mentioned previously. I would not use Mates Rates again or recommend based on this overpriced job. Shame as he seemed ok."
