I have had a leak on and off for 3 years but nobody has been able to sort it out. When they came to do job they methodically went through the chimney and spotted a couple of areas where leak could be from and took photos to show. They then replaced or repaired these then did the same with surrounding roof area. I now have no leak and surrounding roof area is as good as new. They were really nice people to have around, being considerate about mine and my neighbours property (they had to access chimney from there) making sure all was tidy at the end of the day.
