He is a great communicator, and kept us informed of any delays that had been caused by various COVID and Brexit manufacturing and delivery problems. Dale helped with advice and design tweaks, and was reassuring when we discovered some issues with the architect drawings. Dale creatively sorted out what could have been a major setback. One small criticism, competing demands of other jobs led to a few correctable errors. Highly recommended."
