The extension project was complicated due to a manhole so it required liaising with Thames Water and the architects regularly, but Matstone pulled the project successfully without us feeling the pain it could have been! Mohammed and his entire team are very patient, and provide personalised service and are at hand to re-do things in case something doesn't go as expected."

Despite some decent plastering and decorating, the project was marred by poor communication (incl. language barriers), repeated errors, low standards, and misguided advice. Plumbing and electrical work were poorly executed, leaving visible pipes, crooked sockets, and unresolved issues. Promised snagging checks with Mohammed never happened, and responsiveness was slow in the latter stages. Overall, we would only recommend Matstone for small, short-term jobs and will not use them for future projects."
