> "I rang for help at 9.00am. Maria promised to try and arrange for a plumber and would ring back. She rang back at 1.30pm, and we had two men at our house 20 minutes later. In the next 2 hours they repaired the broken parts, fitted a new pressure release valve, fitted a replacement radiator valve, and completed the annual service of the boiler and heating system. They explained everything clearly and cleaned up carefully. Both were polite, efficient, even declining our offer of refreshments. Outstanding service as part of a maintenance contract."
