He visited the next day, found the leak, and quoted for the repair. On finding the leak he also discovered that the tiled roof of the bungalow was in poor condition. The roofing felt and slats were all rotting, and in need of attention. He discussed our options, and gave us a quote for each one. He also took videos of the roof, so that we could see the damage. Acer did not pressure us to have the work done. But we decided to get the pitched and flat roofs repaired at the same time. He fitted us in very quickly because of the leak, and the work was carried out to a high standard. His team were very friendly and professional, and worked hard from the time they arrived until they left at the end of each day. The roof tiles are in good condition, so we were encouraged to have them refitted, rather than going to the added of new tiles.
