Charlie offered the solution and costings as we needed new tiles and mortar applied to the gullies on the roof and we agreed a way forward. Charlie went to great lengths to match the style and colour of the replacement tiles to minimise any visual impact and travelled some distance to collect them. He returned bang on the arranged time to carry out"
