He was extremely flexible, polite, respectful, and thorough throughout the entire treatment. It was only a small amount but we didnt want a small problem to turn into a big issue. Mike was very accomodating he was very reasonably priced and was open and honest about the job he would complete and time scales based on how big of a problem we may of had. He was knowledgeable and explained everything in detail. Luckily by the end of his 3rd visit he was happy to confirm we did not have any active infestation which was a huge relief.
