They came to inspect and quote before I'd purchased the premises, when I needed to decide whether to proceed with the purchase as the bungalow had structural issues. After I'd purchased, they guided me through the process of getting a structural engineer to draw plans, and then they quoted from the plans. Quotation process very thorough, they take the time to price materials. Work done to a very high standard too, they followed the structural engineer's plans and the structural engineer was very happy with the work's quality when he inspected."
