The work was carried out on the agreed date at the agreed price even though more work than thought was required (the new showers water feed was on the opposite side to the old one meaning that pipes and electrical cables had to be moved). This was not an issue, Matt who just cracked on with the job. He explained everything throughout, was chatty and friendly and left my bathroom tidier than when he started."
