Very long concrete items had to be carried up steps on a very hot day, and the old fencing had become tangled in places with trees and shrubbery. Despite the difficulties, Mark was pleasant and polite and worked very hard. The new fence is strong, sturdy, and looks great. Mark is an excellent online communicator, which was very reassuring and helpful. He was also reliable, which was refreshing and a huge relief. We are looking forward to his next visit."
