He did offer that he may be able to come by if he finished other jobs earlier. A week later he managed to squeeze us in for one afternoon and completed most of the work. A couple of days later he had another afternoon available and finished the job. He is a hard working guy, just turns up when stated and starts working straight away, would definitely use again if I need more tiling done. Thanks again"
