Whenever unexpected problems have arisen James and his team have found good solutions whilst keeping me fully informed and keeping to the agreed price and programme. > "This gentleman responded to my telephone call, having seen an ad in a local free issue booklet. He was extremely polite, attended within 24 hours and roughly assessed the work required. He further advised me that he would expedite the work as soon as he could, suggesting the 22/23 December 2025. He arrived on the following Monday \[22nd\] with his son/company partner and within approximately 2 hours had carried out the work, going beyond his estimations by cleaning off moss on the ridge tiles, checking and rebonding them as required, and repairing the lead flashing and mortar beds to the chimney, all at a most acceptable figure and done with extreme cleanliness, courtesy and professionalism. I RECOMMEND HIM TO ALL!!!"
