## In customers' own words
_Verbatim quotes from this trader's public reviews, each attributed to its source:_
> "Ben and Jay were timely, polite, and did the requested work quickly and to a high standard. The job was complicated by a large glass conservatory underneath, but despite this they sorted it out quickly and without problems. Ben quoted competatively, and where the job had a small complication - which took it over the one day originally planned for - kindly only charged a small extra for materials, and provided the labour gratis. I would highly recommend Morton Developments."

> "I am very pleased with Ben and his lads. I live abroad so it is extra stressful getting work done on my house in England because being so far away makes you feel vulnerable to dodgy tradesmen. I had asked Ben to inspect and report what work needed doing so had to put trust in him. Ben was very prompt, communicated frequently, did what he promised, was very courteous, helped solve problems, took lots of pictures so I could see the issues. He took lots of pics after to show what he'd done. If I need work again I hope he will be available."

> "1. We had to call back the contractor because water continued to leak, the paint had washed off and most importantly the door was jammed 2. A gap was left between the door frame and the shed walls - which I pointed out 3. The above items were addressed in Jan 2020 4. In March 2020, door remained jammed. When I tried to open the door, the handle came out in my hands - only 1.5 cm screws were used 5. The door now is falling apart, the plywood layers are coming off and the shed is not usable as intended. 6. Have contacted the contractor via text, email and voicemail over a period of three weeks - however, no response."
