On the day the work was carried out he called to tell me when he'd be arriving and how long it would take. Really pleased with the plastering, it's a great finish - it's incredibly smooth - and he used mesh to strengthen the wall and metal beads around the fire place for straight edges. He cleaned up afterwards also. Definitely recommend."
