He lived very near her and said he would be there in 30 minutes, he turned up and went straight up on the roof and inspected the trouble and soon told her the water was running back and covering under tiles need to be replaced. Marcus sent a quote by lunchtime on the Sunday which was excepted and work was scheduled for Tuesday, but Wednesday as weather.
