> "Mark and his team were fantastic workers. We have just completed an eight-month renovation project with him and he kept us updated throughout the project so there were no unexpected surprises. He responded to queries and emails really quickly, delivered on time, was professional at all times, and let us know in advance when payments were due, with an itemised invoice. All extras were agreed in advance for unexpected findings (as it was an old house). The standard of work was excellent; we are 100% happy with the outcome, and we now have a really lovely house that we are looking forward to moving into. We would use Mark and his team again and would highly recommend him. The house was completely renovated, supporting wall knocked through with new RSJ installed, new roof, new kitchen, re-wiring, new floors, and all internal walls re-plastered and kept everything clean and tidy along the way."

> "From start to finish, the lads, Callum and Ross worked relentlessly. The removed the whole chimney, which turned out to be a lot harder than expected, walls as required, and moved a doorway into the hallway. Job was estimated for 10 days work, but start to finish just over 7 days. End of each day the area was cleaned up, and made safe. Both lads were polite and understood what was expected.
