It was not a simple job, the mixer valve had broken so no water came out of the taps at all. As the taps were not easily accessible, It could have meant removing the whole bath, shower screen etc, to change the tap assembly. however, Michael persevered with trying to repair or replace the mixer and even when he couldn’t obtain the relevant new part he managed to remove the damaged part so that the taps worked and the issue was resolved. All of this was done for a very reasonable price.
