Novate is an innovative and unique London based Chartered RIBA Architectural Practice and an Accredited Construction Company with a passion and purpose to enhance the homes and lives of our clients by helping them maximise the potential of their home. Our combined experience of construction knowledge and architectural design has enabled us to complete many beautiful homes. We specialise in loft conversions, home extensions and refurbishments to single room renovations and new builds, all of our projects are inspired by the relationships we build with our clients. It’s a collaborative process and we’re very much guided by your personality and lifestyle as we translate your ideas into the spaces we know you’ll be proud of. We provide free consultation services where our architect or construction manager will come and meet you to discuss your requirements and advise on how this can be achieved.
