> "Norm has done so much work for us over the last 10 years I couldn't decide which picture to upload. We first found him in 2016 to fit our kitchen after difficultly with our original builder, and he completely restored our faith. He's so great to work with and brought so many helpful ideas / finishing touches that we wouldn't have even thought of. He's since then come back to refit our family bathroom (in picture) and more recently this year our en suite (including moving a wall and adding a ton of electrical wiring). More than once he's come to our rescue at the last minute for other plumbing related emergencies! His work is excellent and he (and Dave, and before that Abi) have always just been so lovely to work with. We can also leave them with our house keys while we go on holiday, which is a bonus! Norm will 100% always be our first call if we need work done."

> "Norman and Dave recently completed a full bathroom renovation for us, which included a complete strip-out of the old bathroom and installation of a new layout. They reconfigured the space and pipework, fitted a new bath, shower, toilet, and basin, laid new flooring, carried out tiling, installed new light fittings, and finished with plastering and painting. They were punctual, polite, and very tidy, keeping everything clean and organised. Both offered plenty of helpful advice and were respectful and considerate at all times. The quality of work was excellent, with fittings and tiling completed to a high standard. They were also quick to return and sort out a minor issues after the job, which was greatly appreciated. We are extremely pleased with the results – the bathroom is now modern, functional, and a pleasure to use again. They are great contacts to have, and I would happily recommend them to others in the future."
