Arrived at the time specified and had great communication skills and was extremely knowledgeable! Sods law, my intermittent problem was not apparent at the time of his visit but Kenny applied a lubricant for the time being and to call him if the problem reappeared? It has now been working perfectly!!! He told me there was no charge due to no works being carried out. WELL RECOMMENDED!!!"
