Paul was completely Professional, Accommodating, calm and reassuring. He always came up with a solution when we hit a challenge. We had internal ceilings extended and redesigned, stack pipes moved and everything taken back to basic brick and started from scratch. Floor to ceiling retile and complete suite fitted. If I could praise more I would. Can I also say Paul didn’t ask for any recommendation or feedback."
