I called him to explain my window problem and he came round the next day to offer advice and a very reasonable quote for remedial work, which I accepted. 2 days later Paul returned to complete the work ( - it wasn't an emergency). The work was performed to the highest standards. All the resulting debris was removed, leaving the house spotless inside and out. The new cement work blended perfectly within the existing frames and will be invisible when the exterior of the house receives another coat of paint in the spring. Very happy. Thank you, Paul"
