The project involved turning a standard bathroom into a fully accessible space while keeping it modern and stylish-not an easy balance to achieve-but he absolutely delivered. The final result is functional and safe and beautifully finished. Throughout he was clean and tidy. The work was completed on time, even after we requested an extension to the scope mid-project. Nothing was too much trouble. One of the things we appreciated most was that he came back promptly to sort out a couple of snags that naturally cropped up after everything has been used for a few days. His willingness to return without fuss gave us confidence that the level of aftercare continues over time. Overall a great experience and fantastic job.
