Tom identified the route the rats were using to get into the houses, dealt with the problem of the rats which were already nesting in the lofts, and implemented proofing measures to ensure no more rats could gain entry to our properties. Tom was professional, knowledgeable and all communications were excellent. We are all very thankful that the problem has been resolved and are very happy to recommend Tom."
