The pest controller they sent out, Darren, was very personable, knowledgeable and reassuring. In the end, the squirrel was caught in the second week of the traps being placed; traps were then left until after the gaps in the roof structure were closed off (Darren recommended a local roofer who was able to fit us in at relatively short notice). From start to finish, it took approx 7 weeks (including roof being fixed)."
