> "I was recommended Peter Brown Plumbing from a neighbour who'd used them before. It was easy to arrange, and the price was reasonable. The plumber arrived on time and got the work done quickly and efficiently. It would have been 5/5 stars for customer service, but there was some confusion over the work between what I asked for and what the plumber was expecting (I needed a new outdoor tap fitted, whereas the plumber was told by the office that it was a replacement tap to be fitted). As such he had to go and buy an additional part, which took more time (and cost). Aside from that minor issue, I was very happy with the speed and quality of the work, and I'll definitely be using Peter Brown plumbers again for future plumbing work."
