He directly jumped into conclusion that it was the former gas engineer fault without checking thoroughly. It turned out he made a wrong judgment. He made a lot of excuses not coming back. COVID, family issue and financial issue. He didn't show up as we agreed for several times as well. My house was left without gas for 2 months. He never put my house as first priority."
