Frank was so helpful in a couple of calls when we were deciding whether to go ahead. He came and fitted the unit with no fuss, all on time and quickly done. Their fixed price is very good: the cheapest I found. They were completely transparent in what unit they were fitting, etc., responded quickly to emails, etc. Excellent service. And the PIV unit has practically stopped all condensation on the windows, which before were completely covered in condensation each (cold) morning.
