Pivotal was set up just over a year ago due to taking on larger and more complex projects. i myself have been in the building trade for over 20 years covering all types of general building. our team are time served tradesmen who work to a high Standard. we are also members of the federation of master builders as we take pride in producing top quality work and are independently vetted by the BBA every 3 years. we cover all aspects of the construction but mainly extensions and loft conversions.
