> "I got quotes from Plumbcraft, a national energy supplier and another locally based company for an air source heat pump. I gave the job to Plumbcraft who started on the day they said they would start and finished on the day they said they would finish. They coordinated with an electrician whose fee was included and brought in a plasterer to cover up pipes that had been chased into the walls. They had to cut lift and replace floorboards and they put them back better than they had been before. There were a few loose ends but they quickly sent someone round to fix them. Very happy with their work."
