Director Mr Thomas phoned up & came to evaluate my needs for a new boiler within hours of my enquiry, and then his expert Engineer Mr ‘Dan’ Cutts, fitted it. Dan was a pleasure to have around the house for his cheerful focus on his work that he clearly took satisfaction in doing thoroughly, and all I had to do was fuel him with an occasional cup of coffee and shortbread biscuits.
