> "Mr Mullan was commissioned to undertake an examination of spray foam roof insulation and prepare a detailed report on the loft insulation, the quality of the roof timbers and whether or not any remedial work was required and to categorise such work in terms of time horizon for completion. Mr Mullan's report was detailed, and structured for a householder review. The report was available several days after the examination and follow-up questions were responded promptly and supporting commentary was provided as necessary. In all, I recommend most highly Mr Mullan to undertake a foam insulation review and / or a damp report."
