## In customers' own words
_Verbatim quotes from this trader's public reviews, each attributed to its source:_
> "We recently worked with Tom for a full kitchen renovation and couldn’t be more pleased with the results. The work included knocking down the wall between our dining room and kitchen, blocking up the old rear garden door, removing a window and installing new French doors, and supplying and fitting a new Howdens kitchen. He completed most of the work himself with his team and arranged reputable electricians, all of whom were reliable and professional. The project was well organised and ran smoothly from start to finish. He is thorough, polite, and has a great eye for detail. He takes real pride in his work and suggests additional touches that genuinely improve the overall finish. We were kept informed throughout the entire process, which gave us complete confidence. As a bonus, he was fantastic with our dogs, which meant a lot to us during a busy renovation! We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him and would happily use his services again."

> "We recently hired Tom to knock down the wall between our kitchen and dining room, install a new patio door, fit a radiator, and remove and block up the existing back door. From start to finish, Tom was brilliant. His communication throughout the job was clear and consistent, keeping us updated every step of the way. The quality of his workmanship is excellent — the finish is to a very high standard, and we’re delighted with the end result. He’s polite, professional, and always leaves his work area as tidy as possible before heading off each evening. It’s clear he takes real pride in his work. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Tom to anyone looking for a reliable and skilled builder."

> "We had 2 cupboards and fitted wardrobe removed, 2 doors sealed over and plastered, plug sockets moved/installed, a wall removed and the ceiling and walls plastered. Our service was very professional, great communication right from the beginning of even organising an estimate and throughout the job. Tom was very punctual, true to his word and completed the work requested to a high standard, leaving us with exactly what we wanted, plus a couple of little extra finishing touches added on top."
