> "Premier worked with us for an extended period of time – 18 months in all. Firstly, the construction of our rear kitchen extension, including the knocking through of internal walls, installing RSJs etc. moving a boiler and pipework. They then built a new driveway and re-laid a second one, plus undertaking extensive patio works which replaced the previous deck. They also installed external render, new fencing and a new loft bathroom, plus installing a very large replacement front door. Lots of underfloor heating was co-ordinated as part of the work. Premier worked closely and effectively with building control, 3rd party ground works and extensive electrical support An extensive team, built around several experienced builders called David (!) It was a shame when we ran of work to give them. Thoroughly recommend the firm. Ray and his team were a pleasure to have around."
