As the only MET1 certified engineer to respond, i.e. one qualified to work on gas meters, I was very happy to find that he was both helpful and diligent in his work. Crucially, he was happy to pick up keys from the estate agent and let himself in, while we communicated entirely by phone and WhatsApp (I was living outside of London at the time). He even helped in getting the energy supplier to pick up the gas meter, since that turned out to be less easy than hoped. Overall I was very happy with the work done."
