They have been great at keeping in regular touch to update me on what was involved, timings, paperwork and making sure everything was in place. A lovely French door was installed for my mum to replace a window, at least a week ahead of time, and Mum has just informed me that the team of three were very polite, worked speedily and efficiently, meticulously cleaning up as they went along.
