Booked visit for Thursday but said he would call back at 2.30pm today (Wed) to see if he could fit me in today. 2.30pm got a call from engineer Steve to say he could call in 30 mins if I wanted. Arrived on time. Immediately checked problem with signal. Re-aligned dish and fitted new LNB (would I like to keep old one, or he would dispose). Now have very good signal and can watch Freesat without picture pixillating. Steve, thank you, excellent engineer and customer skills person."
